I don’t see that IT Guy gave very good technical reasons for abandoning Windows 7. He mostly states what I consider to be perception problems — that there are daily updates (which isn’t the case), that there are massive security problems (because of the number of patches) and that Microsoft’s anti-piracy mechanisms are harassing
