So I pulled the 120GB SATA drive out of my HP dv9205ca and loaded Ubuntu 9.04 on the T60… I Just needed access to web anyway and I knew that 9.04 would pick up the Wi-Fi easily enough. More here

You really need to check out Ubuntu 9.04. Install it on a machine that you don’t use much.. play with it.. I’ve had it on this machine now for 5 days.. will I go back to XP? Hard to say. I do need to resolve a few issues first but there is always a soft spot in my heart for Ubuntu.
